6. Design & Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, concepts, images, and content created by Hedra Interio remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may not reproduce or distribute designs without prior permission.

7. Materials & Finishes

Natural variations in wood, stone, fabric, paint, and other materials may occur. Minor differences in colour, texture, or finish shall not be considered defects.

8. Warranty & Liability

  • Warranty terms, if applicable, will be specified in the project agreement or invoice.
  • Hedra Interio is not responsible for damages caused by misuse, negligence, moisture issues, structural problems, or improper maintenance after project completion.
  • Liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

9. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Advance payments made for design, materials, or customised furniture may be non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting completed work and material costs.

10. Website Usage

All content on this website, including images, text, branding, and designs, is the property of Hedra Interio and may not be copied or reused without permission.
